The Organising Committee is pleased to inform you that a group registration discount is being offered for those registering for the APHC 2011 and meeting the following criteria:

Group Bookings

A group booking is based around a group of people booking their conference registration through ONE individual or group leader. The group leader will collect all registration information for submission together with the total amount of registration fees. 

Special group booking rates applicable are as follows:

Group 1 as listed in the registration form:

5 people in a group

10% of the prevailing full registration rate at the time of application 

Group 2 countries covering all countries not listed in Group 1 in the registration form:

10 people in a group

10% of the prevailing full registration rate at the time of application

How to make a group booking

Nominate a Group Leader who will be the sole liaison person with the Conference Organisers. Any questions group members have about the conference registration should be asked through the Group Leader.

He will need to complete registration information for each of the group members. A confirmation of registration will also be sent to each of the group members by email.

There are no cancellations or refunds for bookings made as a part of a group. It is permissible for delegates to swap or replace delegates within the group. Once the group booking has been made, no more bookings can be added to it.
