Air Travel - Malaysia Airlines (MAS) 

We are pleased to let you know that Malaysia Airlines, the country's main airline carrier has agreed to a Discounted Fare Offer to all participants and accompanying persons attending the 9th Asia Pacific Hospice Conference 2011 (APHC 2011).

Terms and Conditions of the Discounted Fare Offer:

• The Discounted Fare Offer is applicable to all international flights booked on Business and Economy Class and all domestic flights booked on Economy Class. 
• The Discounted Fare Offer is for sales by MH ticket offices worldwide only.
• Outbound travel must commence from 30 June 2011. Open dated travel is not permitted.

Booking Procedure

A. Reservation

1. Confirmation of booking class is subject to seat availability upon reservation
2. Please ensure your flight reservations are made directly with the nearest local Malaysia Airlines’ office only. (The discounted fare offer is not applicable for booking through travel agent or by internet booking)
3. Please quote the SITA-RES conference page code EZ: 18/1/177 for the above event upon reservation.
4. A booking reference (PNR) will be provided once the reservation is confirmed.

B. Payment/ticketing

1. Please make the payment to the nearest Malaysia Airlines ticket office
2. Payment can be made by cash or credit card
3. Upon ticketing kindly quote booking reference number (PNR) and the SITA-RES conference page code EZ: 18/1/177
