Quick Notes on Submissions**
1. Use the template provided at this site for all abstracts irrespective of presentation format. 2. Limit abstracts to a maximum of 300 words

Abstract Selection
1. The Abstract Review Committee will review abstracts suitable for presentation, based on content quality and relevance to the themes of the meeting. 2. Given the limited number of oral presentation places available, the Committee may determine that some abstracts are better suited to poster rather than oral presentation.

. If you use the online abstract submission, the system will send an automatic email indicating a successful submission. Abstracts sent by email will receive an acknowledgement notification from the Secretariat.
- Authors will be notified of acceptance via email by 12 March 2011. If you do not receive any notification by 13 March 2011, please email the Secretariat at

- Upon receipt of notification of acceptance, the author must register as a delegate by 23 April 2011.
- It will be assumed that any author not registered by this date has withdrawn from the programme and his or her abstract will not appear in the Conference Handbook.
- Accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Handbook. Any editing will be restricted to spelling and formatting style only.
- ORAL PRESENTATION: A 20-minute presentation with 10 minutes for questions and answers.
- POSTER PRESENTATION: Guidelines for poster presentation will be given with the acceptance of an abstract for poster presentation.
Format for Sending Abstracts
- FORMAT: Abstracts should be submitted in Word document (.doc or .docx) or text (.txt, .rtf) format.
- STRUCTURE: Abstracts should contain the following:

Abstract title in CAPITAL LETTERS, Bold, 12 pt Arial font. |
| b. |

Author(s) name(s): List the names of all authors, separated by commas. Underline the name of the presenting author. |
| c. |
|
Author(s) affiliation(s): If two or more authors, provide only the affiliation of the other authors if different from the presenting author. |
| d. |
|
Abstract text: Sub-headings such as Background, Objectives, Methods, Conclusion may be included as required. |

References (optional)

- Fonts: Fonts Arial 11-point, single line spacing.
- Length: Abstract must not exceed 300 words.
- Tables/Figures: Tables or figures can be included in the abstract and should be accompanied by a caption.
- Language: Abstract must be in English.
Conference Registration
All authors are required to register for the conference by 23 April 2011. It will be assumed that any author not registered by this date has withdrawn from the conference and their abstracts will not be included in the Conference Handbook.
